We believe this application covers the tokenization of a commodity, security, or other physical asset, represented as a digital asset (RWA) on blockchain. This patent also covers trading these digital assets (RWAs) in a commodities or financial exchange, including immediate buy/sell transactions, options, forwards and/or futures, and swaps.

Filed on Feb. 25th, 2019 with a priority claim to Dec. 26th, 2017. We believe this application extends US20200027096A1 and should cover the tokenization of commodities, securities, contract or any other physical asset as a digital twin/asset (RWA) on blockchain.

Filed on Jan. 21st, 2021 with a priority claim to Jan. 15th, 2018. We believe this application extends US20210019429A1 and covers the concept of producing a non-repeating number sequence as a distributed ledger technology, which is what the DLT for our Web4 Quantum Tolerant security model with W4S object level encryption is based on.  This should protect our Web4 W4S security model with publicly available DLT as it is used in financial systems, or any blockchain derived Quantum Tolerant security model.

We believe this application extends both provisional applications US62/657,909 + US62/673,918, and covers the tokenization of security and commodity backed instruments, as well as their use in banks as collateral for loans & payments.  In fact, we specifically claim the concept of the "deposit token", which is the process banks are using to tokenize their deposits, and mint and distribute their own RWAs.

We believe this application covers the bank deposit and hypothecation of any physical or digital asset (RWA), and issuing tokenized loans to represent the hypothecation. This patent describes a fully tokenized bank through AI as agentic commerce, or AI Agents for payments or any other bank service, including issuance and management of tokenized loans as peer-to-peer or bank issued loans. Includes bank tokenized derivatives minted and issued as RWAs. This patent involves reinvestment of bank reserves as tokenized investments into existing businesses to produce additional yield for minting and staking services, as well as utilizing carbon accounting to produce additional yield.  Included are AI Agents, broad RWA tokenization, digital bearer instruments, special custody accounts, hypothecation, fractional reserve, multi-token operations, exchange trading, autonomous operations, network effects, yield/staking, compliance, modularity, and pledge mechanics.
